You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any item(s) for a full refund or exchange. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To request a return authorization (RA) number. Package the item(s) securely, including the RA number, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive your return, we will process it promptly and issue a refund or exchange according to your preference. Exclusions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

Items marked as final sale Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons) Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
